Pangs Pro Auto Decals will not be held responsible for pricing discrepancies due to errors in website functionality. All product photos are for illustrative purposes only. Taxes and shipping charges not shown. Pans Pro Auto Decals will not be held responsible for errors in photography or typography. All registered trademarks and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Actual product may vary in design.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the quotation date and do not include taxes and graphic designs.
A minimum charge of $25.00 per item is required on Digitally Printed orders (Vinyl stickers) ($35 for Large Format)
All prices, specifications, and promotional offers are subject to change at Pangs Pro discretion.
Allow ±2% difference for the finished image size
Allow ±5% difference for over and under runs
There may be up to a 5% variance in colour due to print settings and the calibration of the machines used.
There may be up to 5% variance in shifting caused by automated cutting.
Full payment is required before orders are processed. If design is involved, a 50% deposit is required and the remaining balance is required on after approval before production.
Printed proofs are recommended for colour assurance and text size, but are only available upon request (Fees will be applied). However, printed proofs may delay the completion of your order. If a printed proof is not requested, Pangs Pro will not be held responsible for the outcome of the product. The file provided by the client will be printed AS IS.

Custom Artwork (Terms and Conditions)
- Custom artwork is specified as artwork that has been created, or modified by a member of Pangs Pro Design Team, and is subject to a charge applied every hour.

Finalizing Designs
- Please carefully review your requested order, ensuring the size, Conor, material, and finish is correct.
Approval of your design signifies that we will not be responsible for any issues regarding the final project. NO PROJECT WILL BE PRINTED UNLESS GIVEN WRITTEN APPROVAL.

Images and Photos
- Pangs Pro will only use royalty-free images to create custom designs. It is agreed that Pangs Pro, its officers, employees, shareholders, directors, and suppliers will not be held liable for any damages, costs, and/or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of related issues of copyright or trademark infringement.

- Improperly prepared files can cause delays in your project: here’s everything you need to know before submitting your design files. If you have a specific question that isn’t covered in this guide, feel free to give us a call!

Quick Checklist

• All font files are included.

• Your page layout is correct.

• Your margins are set.

• Your artwork matches the specified dimensions of your print project.

• All linked files, images, and fonts are placed in organized, separate folders.

Bleeds
- All artwork requires a ⅛” border that bleeds to the edge, so that there is no white space showing around your artwork. It’s important to keep your text and design features at least ¼” away from the artwork’s edge or the trim line to prevent accidental cropping.

It’s important to keep in mind that your file’s colours might be affected by your monitor, screen resolution, and even the ambient lighting of the room you’re in. In order to ensure consistency and accuracy, make sure all of your colours are in CMYK mode.
- All images and pictures should be 300 dpi.
- Rasterized text or logos should be 1200 dpi.
- Screen values should be between 133 lpi and 150 lpi.
- All files should be saved at 100% of actual size for quality offset reproduction.
- All files should be saved in PDF format with fonts embedded.

Digital Proofs
- We provide PDF files as electronic soft proofs. These digital proofs show you the layout and design elements of your project, but cannot be a guarantee of colour accuracy due to inevitable differences in monitor, screen resolution, and ambient lighting. If colour accuracy is a priority for you, please ask for a hard copy proof rather than a digital one. Scan all transparencies and line art at 100% of final size, unless your data size is prohibitive. If this is the case, scan at ¼ or ½ of the final size.

Claims
- Claims for defects, damages, and/or shortages must be made by the client in writing within a period of five (5) days after delivery of all or any part of the order. Failure to make such a claim within the stated period shall constitute irrevocable acceptance and an admission that the client fully complies with terms, conditions, and specifications.

Production Schedules
- Our production schedule is as follows
* Digital printing: 24-48 hours
* Large format digital printing (such as banners or store front signs): 3-5 business days
* Screen print and embroidery: 5-10 business days
PLEASE NOTE: These schedules do not include the time necessary to design artwork or additional time required due to large quantities. The schedule will also be heavily affected dependant on corporation with the customer. This includes, but is not limited to; late artwork submission, late responses to communications, or delayed approval of proofs. Orders that are requested before the regular product completion time indicated above, or under 24 hours from the first business hour when the order was approved, or submission of print ready artwork, shall be deemed as “RUSH” and may be subject to a rush charge of minimum $25 or 25% of the order, whichever is greater.

Payment
- Pangs Pro requires full payment to process any orders. Processing of an order will not start until you have made payment with a valid credit card number. iCloudPrints will not be liable for any delay in completing Orders due to your delay in payment.

Returns and Refunds
- Pangs Pro does not offer cash refunds. All sales are final, and any disputes regarding your order must be presented within 5 business days. In any event, if a refund is required, it will be presented in the form of a store or online credit.

Order Approval and Printing
- Pangs Pro assumes no obligation to proof or otherwise review the content or layout of your order. Orders are printed in their “as submitted” form, and the customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout verification and approval prior to submission to the print process. iCloudPrints DOES NOT make any changes on customer files. Once you submit an order to the print process, you are agreeing that you are fully satisfied with the document layout and content, and that you accept responsibility for any errors. iCloudPrints will assume that you have verified the spelling, grammar, content, and layout of your order. iCloudPrints will not accept any liability for errors such as misspellings, graphics, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, transparency, overprint, improper layout, bleeding, erroneous cut or fold lines, die lines or crop marks, sizing, etc.

Pangs Pro does not provide proofs for any order unless the customer requests it as part of the order process and it is an option available for the product. If you request a proof, then it is your responsibility to verify the proof against the original (and to correct any spelling or grammatical errors, etc).

If a proof is requested, then your order will not be processed or deemed production-ready until you have approved the proof in writing. Please be aware that this may impact the time of completion for your order

Transfer of Title
- The customer agrees that the shipping terms for all printed Products are FOB shipping point, and ownership transfers to the customer upon shipment. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. For any product that is to be provided to the customer in an electronic format, the customer agrees that delivery of such product shall be deemed to have occurred either (a) at the time we transmit the Product via email or other electronic communication addressed to the customer or (b) at the time we transmit a notification to the customer that the Product is available for downloading from the Site.

Disclaimer of Warranty
- The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to: warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You acknowledge that the operation of the site may not be uninterrupted or error free. References and links to products or services of independent companies may appear on the site. These references and links are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Liability
- In no event shall Pangs Pro or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not iCloudPrints has been advised of the possibility of damage arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site, or of failure to provide products or services that you order from iCloudPrints or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall iCloudPrints be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of this site or its content.

Indemnification
- It is agreed to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rayacom, its officers, employees, shareholders, directors, and suppliers against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to a breach of this Agreement. It is also agreed that approval of the artwork and instruction to proceed with the production constitutes full acceptance of the terms, conditions, and specifications mentioned above.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
